    Hi Geoff,
I was really looking for having the copy of Burn Extreme today, but that’s life. If we really want something it’ll happen sooner or later.
I lived with the same philosophy for a long time and there was no real accomplishment till I met KB. The biggest change happened in my body composition after finishing your Kettlebell Burn program 1,5 years ago. But if you have a lot of savings (mostly in belly) it’s hard to release all.

There’re three things why I’d like to start Kettlebell Burn Extreme.
    – First is to live a more healty life. I was overweighted in my entire life and as I’m getting closer to age 40, I have to start thinking on the next 40 years. And yes, I’d like to live 40 more years.
    – Second is to show example to my kids. When I was a child I followed my parents example. Eating the same stuff and doing the same sport (nothing) and became the same overweighted adult as they were. I don’t want that my daugther (6) and my son (4) repeat the same mistake I did.
    – Third is to win a bet. I made a bet with one of my friends on who’s loosing more until the end of June. So six more weeks from now. We scaled ourselves and made the before picture. I’d like to use your program as a “secret weapon” to win.

I’m eager to start Kettlebell Burn Extreme to do the next step to a better life.

I have followed your blogs and e-mails for years and respect your leadership in providing solid kettelbell training. I have purchased your books in the past and have tried to effectively incorporate KB training into my daily routine, however have difficulty with Double KB. I look forward to your “Kettlebell Burn Extreme”.

    Dear Geoff,

First of all, I would like to say thank you for continuing to make a difference in many people’s lives with your knowledge and passion for the skill of strength. I always look forward to your articles. As for why I could use KB Burn Extreme…I am a 47 year old former college football player and former military officer that because of kettlebells is in some of the best shape that I have been in in a while. Life has been kind to me, and I am fortunately in a pretty good financial position. I am not requesting that you gift me a copy of KB Burn Extreme…rather that you gift a copy to someone else. I did however want to express my gratitude for the great job that you do! All the best…

  • Clarence May 15, 2012 @ 14:29

I would love to win a free copy! Just excited by the thought, the possibility. I’ve been playing around with kettlebells for the past 10 years using the dvd’s from Pavel, Mahler and Maxwell. While looking for some info. about using swings/snatches for fatloss I found a few of your post. Been implementing the routines/time and was considering purchasing your book/ebook. I would love to have a program for fatloss and cycle it with routine from your book for strength/muscle.

Geoff – my story is much like everyone else’s…trying to get in shape or taking it to the next level. I own your other programs and I think they are fantastic and could probably get where I want just by doing those. I have been “off” training since November…because of breast cancer and 3 breast reconstruction surgeries I have been on restricted activity for 6 months. Needless to say I’ve added some pudge, totally driving me insane, and I am a fitness instructor and run a small kettlebell and bootcamp business. Hopefully, I will be cleared to workout again in June and I need to hit the bells as hard as I can so I can get back in RKC shape as fast as I can…I am currently a HKC going for my RKC in September and I am starting to freak a little bit that there is no way my strength will be ready for the RKC weekend. I have confidence that any program you design will help me to get back to where I was prior to November. I will only have 12 weeks to get ready so I have to train smart…hence your program. Anyway, that’s my reason. Have a fantastic day!

  • david May 15, 2012 @ 14:47

I have been looking for a time saving workout that could make me feel better and now that my kids are getting interested in shaping up the kettlebell burn could help us to a higher level of fitness

  • phil van rijt May 15, 2012 @ 14:55

Actually Geoff I don’t want KBE for free…I want to pay for it. I use your blog info and KBB most days with highly useful effect. For a retiree on a fixed income that’s saying something. Besides, my vested interest is in keeping you rolling as you are! Easier to do when you and your fam are eating regularly.

  • Roxanne May 15, 2012 @ 15:02

I would like to win a free copy of Extreme because I already own kettleBell Express,Six Pack Abs 365 and The Permanent Weight Loss Solution. I obviously I believe in you. I’m a 57year old female and still a little overweight. I need to look my best to represent myself in fitness.
I work out with kettlebells 3 times per week and walk 6 days a week.
show me what you can do. I need to get rid of the fat Belly

Thanks and heres hoping you pick me as one of the 5

  • jim May 15, 2012 @ 15:21

    Hey Geoff,
I have been reading your blog for sometime now and always enjoy seeing the new info you post, doesn’t matter if its about kettlebells or life in general.
I am also a customer 🙂 I purchased Kettlebell Burn and Kettlebell Express, both are great by the way. I would love to win a copy of Kettlebell Burn 2! I work at a busy oncology clinic and on my free time I spend time with my family and blow off stress by using my kettlebells! I’m also going to be 37 this year and I want to stay as “young” as I can.
So I would really enjoy the challenge of Kettlebell burn 2 🙂
No matter who wins keep up all the good work!
    Thanks, Jim

I’ve done 80% of my loss with diet and some running. I can’t seem to go any lower. I’m already “skinny-fat” at 195lb down from a high of 260lb on a 5ft 11in frame. The last 15 pounds, that last 20% looks like it will take more effort than the first 80%.

Guide me through that last 20%.

  • Patricia May 15, 2012 @ 16:02

    Dear Geoff,
I appreciate all your advice about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A few years ago I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and had to use a CPAP. After losing 20 pounds, I no longer need to use the CPAP. My weight loss was definitely helped by kettlebell exercises. I want to maintain fitness to keep healthy and inspire others who are diagnosed with sleep apnea. I also want to be a fit older adult who can be there for my daughters when they need me and not be a burden on them in old age. I would love a copy of your book, Kettlebell Burn EXTREME!
    Thanks, Patricia

    Psalms 1

    My favorite.

  • Bill May 15, 2012 @ 16:52

    My kids.

I need a program like this to help ensure I’m in their lives. My grandfather died young and dad had his first hearth attack at 50. Nobody looks back on all the great years sitting on the couch, my family needs active time on Boy Scout events and practicing football and softball. Even weekends spent riding bikes. I want to be here with them for a long time and help them learn to be active and healthy themselves, by showing a strong and healthy example.

  • Pete May 15, 2012 @ 16:57

Geoff, I would be very thankful to win a copy of EXTREME. I have purchased your past Kettlebell Burn programs, but just never followed through with the whole program for one reason or another. When I was an Officer in the US Air Force, I had ample time for excercise. Now, in civilian life, I have 4 boys and a business to run, and want a kettlebell program that will get me in the best shape of my life so I can be a good physical example of health and vigor for my boys. I hope all is well with you and your family.

  • Larry May 15, 2012 @ 17:01

The Dr told me I woul d never be able to raise my arm above my head due to a shoulder injury and this was probably the best I was going to get. I said in one year I will saddle a horse and ride away. That was five years ago, I now snatch 20kg kettle bell and do turkish get-up w/ the 36lb bell. My Goal is to be like Caleb in the Bible. At 85yrs of age he was able to go out and come like a man of 40 yrs of age. I can have been to tack shop and handles a saddle with ease. all I need now is the horse.
    Thank you

  • Mike May 15, 2012 @ 17:21

As a physical education instructor @ the community college level, kettlebells have become and very important part of my program. I have been using kettlebells for almost 3 years and wish I knew about them 10 years ago. I completed my HKC and am registered for the San Diego RKC in August.

I followed you Kettlebell Muscle program and had great success! The reason I want to try your new program is to experience the challenge. I really like double KB work and your book will provide some excellent ideas and programs to follow.

I think I should win because I am a poor college professor who will take anything for free!! Honestly, I just want to workout and the book will give me some great ideas.

On a side note, I really enjoy your direct approach and candid emails that get right to the point.

  • Lindsay Mead May 15, 2012 @ 17:32

First I would love to win because I am cheap! 🙂 I used KBBURN last year and gott good results. I continue to do a modified version and am contiuing to get stonger!!! I would like to move to the next level with double KB’s.

  • Ram May 15, 2012 @ 17:44

I echo the appreciation at what you do. First off, there are some things you have said that have stuck in my mind and changed my moves in ways only truly great coaches are able to do. Like the FOLD technique in swings and the set up for the double clean. I have are instant improvements after reading one email from you. It is on par with getting a tip from Pavel teaching at the RKC.
Well, honestly, I would pay you for Extreme anytime, your product is so highly rated, but why not try for this one? My reason for applying? Here it is:
I am the SOLE RKC in the Indian subcontinent, and represent the Hardstyle school to more than 1.5 BILLION people. Now, I am proud of my technique and improving strength, but I have a gut now, thanks to two injuries, work-stress, insomnia (I am a surgeon, after all), blablablah. So, as I start training people in India on the RKC system, I would like to look my best. I’ll try anything rational to get it, like a public comment in a blog. Or even pay for it!

  • Shawn May 15, 2012 @ 17:50

I spent the winter training for a tough mudder in Vermont. I did the kb muscle program and then some (I know, then I didn’t do the kb muscle program, but I was super motivated). Th week before tough mudder I got sick and missed it. Since then I haven’t been able motivate myself to pick up a kettlebell, go for a run or anything. I dropped 16 pounds in training and in two weeks have gained 6 pounds. I need something to bust out of my rut. Please help.

  • Steve May 15, 2012 @ 17:52

    Hi Geoff
I can’t put into a short post how much your programs have benefitted me. I bought everyone of your products so far and had great results all around. Not only have the plans helped me but they have also benefitted many of my training clients by teaching many new methods of programming.
I even participated In the Beta test of “Extreme” months ago and had awesome results. I guess the main influence this new program would have on my life is, yet another tool in my arsenal for helping others get there results also. As after I guinea pig a program everyone wants to know what I have been doing!
Either way as I mentioned I will buy it as I have all your Other stuff, but free is alsO awesome 🙂

  • Jose Enrique Olivares May 15, 2012 @ 18:25

I am most interested in your work as I am SLOWLY trying to help my 26 year old niece with her health. She was recently diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. 5ft 8″ tall and 235 lbs, I tried to work on developing her strength and not to solely depend on her doctor’s recommendation of 30 minutes walks. She began trying to modify her diet.
Then, next thing I knew, she had listened to other family members and
had lap-band surgery, lost some 45 lbs and is actually off her diabetic meds. This in a span of 45 days. Good news on one hand, but I fear she has of course, lost a considerable amount of lean muscle tissue.
I have convinced her to begin brief strength training sessions, using 3-4 basic exercises with a kettlebell , however, she is in need of a comprehensive program that will “put it all together” in an understandable way.
    We need your help!

  • James May 15, 2012 @ 18:42

Win a copy of Kettlebell Burn EXTREME? I do not know if that is better to win one or buy a copy but I should get one either way. You have provided the best insight and knowledge around. Would you ever run out of information?

  • Robert Stehwien May 15, 2012 @ 19:26

One year and a couple months after getting my HKC in 2009 (first one), my daughter was born extremely premature and had to stay in the hospital for 5 months. My wife and I basically stopped exercising and have put on quite a bit of weight. Just this monday we have started a diet and exercise program (now that our daughter is more manageable and doing surprisingly well). Her on the Wii/XBox and me with kettlebells. While I’m going to be doing just swings and getups for a bit to get back in enough shape to do kettlebell burn… it would be nice to win burn extreme so I could do it right after.

  • Val Kuphaldt May 15, 2012 @ 19:43

    Dear Geoff,
I’d love a free copy of the book! I’m a fairly new personal trainer, a new HKC, and have been regularly training with weights, etc., for many years, and learned KBs just a couple of years ago. I’m at a healthy weight, but would love to learn even more about how to become leaner. Even with the info. I know about training and nutrition (through both my Certified Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition courses), I still find it to be a struggle to become as lean as I’d like, especially in my “trouble spots”. Also, any info. I learn for myself will be more helpful advice I can pass along to my clients. I plan on buying a copy of your new book if I don’t happen to win. Thank you for all of the helpful information and videos you regularly post in your e-mails and blogs! Take care :).

  • Michelle May 15, 2012 @ 19:56

Hi, I have been training with KB’s for nearly two years now, the reason I want the Extreme program though is because I am getting married on the 23rd June and I huge faith in your ability to devise a program that will get me looking my best for my big day. I was devestated when I read your email this morning (I am in Australia so get your emails overnight) saying that the release had been delayed, but I still have 5 weeks before the wedding 🙂 I am not in bad shape or anything, I currently use your express programs because I find that they fit into my lifestyle with work, Uni, family etc. and of course they work!! Anyway thanks for all that you do and regardless of whether I get a copy for free or have to buy it I am super excited for it’s release!!

  • Tom May 15, 2012 @ 20:52

Geoff, I started using kettle bells about a month ago and eating properly on my diet I don’t know if my form is correct and I don’t know a lot of different exercises this would help me extremely. I have been dieting for two years on and off working out on and off and kettle bells for the last month I’ve seem more results and I’m not sure if I proper forum. This could and will change my confidence in the way I look at myself. Thanks for your consideration Tom

  • Greg Bailey May 15, 2012 @ 20:59

One reason why I need The EXTREME! One big difference it will make.
I am a hospice chaplain and husband of a wife with back and neck problems. I am presently 5″7 and atleast 225lbs…42 inch waist…medicated for cholesterol and bp. I wish to be healthy and to continue the ministry God has given me to my patients and grieving families and to my wife for a very long time…say 40 more years (47 in July). I cannot do so at my present health level. I am simply asking for increasing athritis of my joints and the grave possibility of a stroke. This plan may be the thing God uses to liberate me from my once lean and fit, now bloated and dragging body. Give it to me Geoff!
    Grace Alone,
    Greg Bailey

I am a 45 year old single dad that works sometimes 60+ hours a week. I am trying to be the best I can be and a role model for my son and for anyone that I encounter. My health and fitness is the number one asset I have and my way to lower my healthcare costs is to not need healthcare. I believe KB Extreme will give me the boost I need in my busy schedule to take my fitness to the next level. I’ve been training with kettlebells for a couple of years and I like your emails, blog and the tips you share. They have helped me a bunch.
Whether you pick me for a free copy of KB-Ex or not, keep up the good work and thanks! You inspire many.

  • Tim Alcantar May 15, 2012 @ 22:47

Hi Geoff, my son is an RKC and he put me on your kettlebell express workout plan and I love it! It fits my schedule perfectly and it is helping me get ready to compete in the tough mudder this july! I am 61 years old and loving the quick short and amazing workouts, my son as told me that my hip mobility has gotten better and all my techniques with the clean, press and TGU have improved greatly. I would love to win a copy of Kettlebell burn extreme, I am still a bit overweight and a copy of Extreme would help me loose this weight!!!

Geoff I need this and I want this

  • John Hanka May 15, 2012 @ 22:54

I’ve ordered “Kettlebell Express” and I’ve downloaded “The Permanent Weight-Loss Solution.” So, what’s missing?

What’s missing is a fool-proof method, if one would actually and simply DO what one is told, of combining both an exercise AND nutrition program for rapid results.

I don’t even know if “Kettlebell Extreme” is even such a program, but, from your “Neuro-Metabolic Contrasts” report, it sounds like it’s headed in the right direction.

If “Kettlebell Extreme” is NOT the rock-solid combination of a step-by-step combined workout and eating plan for rapid weight loss, well, then you have your very next book.

What I really want from “Kettlebell Extreme” is to silence my 23-year-old daughter, who looks at me out of the corners of her eyes when I’m flexing for her and pounding myself in the gut, bragging, and she kinda purses her lips and says, “Hmmm. . . .”

I’m known for reading a bit here and reading a bit there and mixing and matching stuff for my own custom programs — which, ahem, haven’t worked.

My spirit is broken. I’m willing to just have a program that tells me what to do, and I’ll do it.

Please enter me into the drawing for a free “Kettlebell Extreme.”

    Hi Geoff,
1st of all,I would like to say thank you for all of your amazing products and workouts,I have bought and used Kettlbell Burn and Kettlebell Express. They are a lifesaver for me,I’ve been using KB’s for almost 9 years now(since I was 22) thru 3 pregnancies/recoveries and surgery recovery.I now use them to maintain good health, strength and energy to keep up with my Husband and 2 active little boys(2 and 8 months old)Your workouts are just what this time-strapped mom needs,I have been to the gym about 14 times in the last 3 years.I have do all my kb workouts exclusively at home, usually in the early a.m. before little ones are awake. After you started sending out e-mails on the powers of double kbs,I have started practicing the lifts with amazing results(better strength, muscle tone, endurance) but I lack a structered program including these lifts and would love love love!! to try Kettlebell Burn Extreme! My husband is in the Armed Forces, and we have just transitioned overseas to Germany.I would love to continue to be an example to other military spouses over here, showing that is is possible to be a great mom/wife and keep up your health and energy through kettlebell workouts at home.Thank you again for all the training info you share with all of us on your blog,God Bless!

I am a 52 year old female who is looking to loose that last 5 lbs of fat.
I have been hitting the weights and getting in the cardio, but just cannot get to that final bodyfat goal.
I am probably overtraining and would love to win a copy of Kettlebell extreme. I am looking forward to implimenting your program and incinerating the last bit of fat. I am convinced that your program will be the key. I have the kettlebells all lined up and ready to go.

  • Maurice May 16, 2012 @ 6:43

    Hey Geoff,

I’d love to win a copy of KB Burn Extreme because I’m so cash strapped at the moment that I couldn’t afford it.

I’ve been cycling between Burn and ETK for 2 years now and I could really do with something new from the master of KB program design.

Your programs are so great that if I won a copy of Burn Extreme I could another 2 years or more of training cycling between Burn, Burn Extreme and ETK.

–Broke father of two who isn’t allowed to spend money on frivolous things like KB Burn Extreme–

  • Jeffray May 16, 2012 @ 7:42

I have been following you ever since I got into Kettlebells for Fat Loss. I used Kettlebell Burn 2.0 and lost over 20lbs and I still have another 20-30lbs to lose and I would be absolutely delighted to be given an opportunity to try your new program out at no cost.

You skills and know how are second to none and when followed provide awesome results! I have been crazed to the point of wanting to get fit enough to pass the RKC and train others. I’ll be hitting 40 years old this winter. 🙂

Please consider picking me for your winner and I would be happy to provide my results afterwards.

    Happy Training

As a man born glutally impaired, I’m always on the search for ways to enhance my posterior without resorting to dangerous implants or padding.
I believe in the power of double kettlebells to help me achieve balance in the rear, and as a reader of your previous materials and user of Kettlebell Burn 2.0, I believe Kettlebell Burn Extreme can help speed me on to greatness in the areas for which I long.

  • Sean May 16, 2012 @ 13:06

Entitlement. I collect state and federal welfare checks and make inflammatory posts on internet forums all day. I’m a little bit overweight and might have lost sight of what truly matters. I feel entitled to this and a bunch of other stuff. Thank you for your consideration.

  • David Rosenthal May 16, 2012 @ 15:40

Geoff – As you know I started KB2 and am in the middle of my 7th week. I’ve seen great results so far and the comments I’ve received only serve to reinforce that the program works. If KB Extreme is the next step than I will be purchasing the program for use once I complete KB2 unless you see fit to pass on a copy.

  • Corry May 16, 2012 @ 16:26

I am a former college athlete who has been a strength and conditioning enthusiast since my playing days. I have NEVER been able to get that last 10-15 lbs off. My conditioning and strength has improved but finishing the job has escaped me. I now have 2 kids(3 and 1) so my body chemistry due to lack of rest and always going is making it harder. I would love the complete templet that would finally help me complete my goal. Thanks for all your great info and materials.

  • Rob May 16, 2012 @ 20:09

For Free or purchase? I’m just pissed that I didn’t get to start on the 15th. Please, just hook me up!

  • Christopher May 16, 2012 @ 22:19

When I did you sample workout (dfsq for 20 mins) I did it with 2 53lbs. I felt great after not that out of breath but enough to know it was challenging. A few days after the workout i felt very loose and noticed I was leaner. It was a simple and effective workout. I enjoy using double kettlebells because it works the entire body and balances it out. I am an RKC as of 12/2011. I am currently obtaining the NASM certification. I would like to start workng in a gym and maybe own my own gym one day. I recently purchased kettlebell express which is awesome and it opened my eyes on how simple, fun and effective the workouts can be. I will be applying these workouts to my future clients and myself.

Now I am 32, 5’6 and 200lbs. Most of it muscle but I have some excess fat i want to get rid of for good. I saw your results and the results of the father who tried the program. I can see it works. I want to give it a go and really transform my body. This will increase confidence and also get the attention of potential clients who will ask what am I doing.

I know I have a lot to learn when it comes to training a person correctly, this way they get the results they want. We all must crawl before we can walk.

Keep posting the great information. I will keep reading it and growing.

  • Robert Nilsson May 17, 2012 @ 6:37

    Hi Geoff!
Im curious to see how good Kettlebell Burn Extreme is. I need to loose about 20 pound pretty fast Because of the upcomming RKC here in Sweden where i will participate as an asisstant, Im willing to try it free or not.
    Best regards Robert

  • Steve Lockie May 17, 2012 @ 8:37

    Hi Geoff,

I do not want to be considered for a free copy of KB Burn “Extreme”. I think your work is fantastic and I am more than happy to pay for the knowledge!

  • Concetta May 17, 2012 @ 8:39

I didn’t think I would be able to swing two KB’s, but I have tried and I can. I try to improve and challenge myself everyday.” Extreme” would be a continuation of my fitness goals. I want to carry myself with confidence and strength. I can accomplish this with your program. Just as you create and improve on your programs, I need the same stimulation to improve my body. Thanks for this opportunity.

  • Jacy May 17, 2012 @ 8:42

Always anxious to try the stuff you put together! I have been a kettlebell coach and enthusiast for many years now, with a small practice in Ontario. Most of my clients are low income or youth 🙂 Love my kettebells, my clients ! Anything that comes free is extremely welcome given the scope of most of my business 🙂

Thank you! Looks like a great program!

  • Rebecca May 17, 2012 @ 8:46

Thank you Geoff for the offer! As a personal trainer I would be interested in your program for me as well as passing the benefits on to my clients for great results. I’ve already utilized your kettlebell express book to program for a client who ended up losing 9inches in her waist, hips, an thighs in just 15 days. Good stuff! Thank you.

  • Jack Church May 17, 2012 @ 8:57

I’m always looking for the edge in keeping my body fit for the benefit of my family. Using KB’s for a while now, with some great results, but am looking for that next level of training, and your book will definitely help.

  • Andrew May 17, 2012 @ 9:00

Hey Geoff… I’m really exicted about a chance to win your new extreme program! I am currently serving in the Canadian Forces and woke up one day at 30 yrs old and looked in the mirror to a different man… a lets say bigger, softer version of myself. At 35 I am still battling the buldge so to speak and movement issues and it is affecting my employment. I purchased 2 x 24kg KB’s and your KB Express and Express Ultra and started to work. I am currently using only one of the 24kg and am anxious but excited to start some Express Ultra training soon. Thanks Geoff for putting out great products and look forward to your Extreme program if I’m lucky.

I would love to win a copy of any of your books – including Kettle Burn Extreme. I have found your material to be especially clear and safe to a lay person like me.
I appreciate your clarity. I appreciate your detailed instructions – especially on your videos.
So why am I so concerned about safety? Because I am a 67 year old Viet Vet with low- back service connected dis-abilities. As you know, the VA soultion to most such injuries is to push surgery – which they have proposed vigorously for the past 41 years, and/or to push grocery bags of various pain killers.

I have avoided their VA “solutions” for 41 years by diligently reading and testing on my own. Fortunately, over the years I slowly found my way to the evidence based pros — and with their spectacular help, I have slowly restored some of my functional disabilties.

Yes, I have read and watched all of Dr Stuart MCGill’s work – which you cite regularly. And I realize Pavel has some of the strongest deep core muscles on planet earth – actually measured in Dr McGill’s laboratory.

So, noticing your background and network, I began to take and interest in your work. and purchased some of your products. Your style of writing and your videos really struck home – I understood them clearly and most importantly, confidently.

You may not want to hear what follows. My healh insurance covers my YMCA membership. After using your materials for a few weeks, I sheepishly and extremely cautiously entered a local YMCA, “KettleBell” class. I knew the danger of poor instruction.
As I looked around the large group, it became obvious that I was 20 or more years older than any of the young men and women in the room. So, I held my breath and started with the low weights.

A few weeks have passed and I am addicted to this class. I feel so much younger. I have developed noticeably deeper core strength and stability than I have felt in years. Even old folks can do this. If done correctly.

Yes, some of the YMCA instruction is not on target – and is therefore dangerous. But i know what to do correctly, since I study your videos repeatedly and carefully.

So I would appreciate any chance to study any of your methods further and diligently. Unfortunately, my budget, as a semi – retiree has limits that I must stay within. But I am getting there slowly.

The only reason I did not enter this story essay sooner, until you sent another Email reminding me specifically that i had not entered, is because I confess that I am not concerned with weight loss. My BMI is 17.5. My body fat varies from 8.5 to 10.5. Blood pressure is 92/52. Pulse is 49.
Yes, in addition to my addiction to reading about restoration of the back, for 41 years I have also been immersed in nutritional research for decades. I appreciate so much of what you have to say there as well.

But, at this point, I don’t want to lose weight. I am trying to gain weight.
And for 41 years, I have been searching for any help with making my back more functional.

Thanks for all of your valuable work
    Have a great day
