    Hi Geoff,

As a former german team handball player, now 48 years old, I suffered for years from a very bad knee. Nine years ago a doctor told me, I would need a prosthesis. But I felt too young for that kind of surgery. So I started a different nutrition and detoxication. I began with weightlifting to strengthen my body. Two years ago I achieved the breakthrough starting lift kettlebells. I am nearly comfortable with my knee and in better shape than ever. For the last kick I would love to have your new program because I am a great fan of your philosophy. If you need more products in Germany I could be your man! 🙂

    Hi Geoff,
I’m in a unique position to make a difference with hundreds of people every month. You see, I’m a 60 yr old child psychiatrist with Type II diabetes and thanks to 5 yrs of working out with kettlebells, I am a living example for all my patients and their parents to witness first hand. In my consultation room, I have #2 25 lb bells. I also have an anatomical model of 5lbs of human fat. People ask me what the fat model is, and they ask what the KB’s are. I am more than happy to make the connection to fat loss and exercise with kettlebell exercise. I’ll then demonstrate the basic 2 hand swing, a halo, and a snatch, and tell them that I achieved my improved body tone with regular kettlebell use along with organic nutrition and good sleep. I also let them know that proper form is crucial and I refer them to the trainer who originally turned me on to kettlebells. I know of no other exercise that is as time and cost efficient as kettlebells. If I have a copy of your new book, it will help us both carry forward the mission of functional fitness and it’s ability to improve our nations physical and mental health one swing at a time. Thanks again for your guidance, Geoff. You make a difference.
    Thanks, Howard

Hi. I am very interested to learn about KB from you. I am new to this. I would love to gain strength, strong and stamina for a long term. I’m excited to learn your secrets how to lose weight quickly with KB. Thank you for wonderful emails I have received almost daily. 🙂

    Hey Geoff,

I’m going to use “Extreme” wether I win it for free or not. I am however saving as much money as I can to get my rkc master certification, so any money I don’t have to spend is going straight towards that. I have a goal for the first time in my life. Step one of that goal is to drop 50lbs and get into the best shape of my life. I’m already down 10lbs in one month, but I know your system can help me reach completion of step one even faster.

With a full time job as a Law Enforcement officer, family of 2 girls, and a part-time job as an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, time and funds are limited. I make every attempt to grow physically (or in this case strip some unwanted fat off) and professionally. My fellow tactical officers come to me for fitness advice, my clients come to me for the same but need so much more and my family, well, they’re first and foremost and I try and give them everything I can.

Geoff, when I need advice or a kick in the pants, I come to you. I know that whatever your putting out, whether programs or emails, I know I your material is top of the line and I can trust it. I practice what you tell me and I pass it on to others so they can enjoy the benefits. I’m hoping the same with KB Burn Extreme. Keep up the outstanding work and thanks for all you do.

I’ve become fascinated with kettlebells! They look like just a ticket for my achey joints due to my weight and age. I was told that it’s never too late to get started. I will be 60 years old on may 21st. What a great birthday present fantastic your program would be!!

  • Cathy M May 17, 2012 @ 13:23

I would love to lose 17 lbs in 30 days! I started using 10 lb kettlebells almost 3 mos ago and now I’m up to 20 lbs. I’m a KB convert and I’ve lost 15 lbs since I started. My highest weight was 330 lbs @ 5’5″ but I lost 190 lbs in 15 mos by changing the way I ate. That was 4 yrs ago but since then I’ve gained 40 lbs back. Now that I’ve lost 15 lbs by using KB’s I still want to lose another 30 lbs. I would love to win a copy of Kettlebell Burn EXTREME! because I know that it will help me accomplish that goal. I was heavy most of my life but I think it’s about time to be in the shape I’ve always dreamed of. I’m 38 yo and I’ve never felt stronger than I do now because of KB’s.

I should get the free copy cause I am your biggest fan!!! I have followed your blogs forever!!!…. That’s bull shit, I just want a free copy. haha I do enjoy your blogs and concepts. I have done doubles training for awhile and I am always looking for new and fresh ideas.

  • Adriana May 17, 2012 @ 15:00

I am 20yrs old, 5’7″ and 205lbs. My max was 243lbs in July 2011. I have been using kettlebells on and off for a few months now. I’m not sure how I lost the weight but I’m pretty sure randomly picking up a kettlebell every now and then isn’t going to work. I do have your Kettlebell Express program but there are so many choices I have trouble sticking to one plan.

I have several events coming up that require me to look my best and they are all within the next few months: June 9-10, July 5-8 and Sept. 7-9. The standard 1-2 lbs per week would be fine if not for the busy summer I’m going to have.

This is the first time I’ve ever done something like this and normally I would just buy the program without you ever knowing who I am. The problem is, I’m going back to college in the fall and I really can’t afford to buy this one since I’m paying for almost everything myself. I hope I win but if I don’t it doesn’t make a difference because I still love your work and will just have to try extra hard to stick to something in Kettlebell Express.

  • Burton May 17, 2012 @ 15:11

I have been practicing KB’s for several years now and I haven’t come across a more well rounded exercise tool. Since adding KB’s to my workouts my fat loss has increases along with my strength and power. I weighed 250lbs and last time I weighed in I was 174lbs. I’ve been reading you blogs and I’ve learned a lot, but I want to learn more. KB Burn 2.0 was awesome, and if KB Extreme is an upgrade, then I can’t wait to see what kind of shape that I can get in!!!!

  • Heidi Lewis May 17, 2012 @ 15:26

Geoff, I have been an avid reader of your blog and emails, and have completed your Burn and Express programs. Last spring I had a kidney removed and Burn got me motivated quickly and back into fighting shape. I highly recommend those programs. Now I am eagerly looking forward to the release of Extreme. My body is craving something new and tough!

  • Matt travis May 17, 2012 @ 15:32

Simple, I’ve just had my pair of 88’s delivered and am determined to clean and press them both before my 38th birthday in September.. Keep up the good work Geoff… Matt from Bognor Regis England..

  • Jabari May 17, 2012 @ 15:33

What can I say, preaching what I practice is what I do everyday as a gym manager. With the added stress of having a 4 year-old girl, married for 5 years, and another pair of “soft legs” on the way in July…. I have a pair of 24K bells in my office. No joke. I just take deep breaths sometimes, pick them up, and start doing some cleans.

I have been using kettlebells for about 3 years now. I first learned them from RKC. So going “hard style” is the only way I know. Some of my subordinates who are trainers, look at my form and try to mimic it, even though they have kettlebell certs from other organizations. So RKC has defiantly left their mark on me.

Winning this would take my fat loss to another level. I used to be 260 lbs. Now I am about 225 and would like to get down to about 205. Also I am always looking to increase my HQ…. You know, like IQ, but Health Quotient. I do hope I win so I can continue to learn more about the limits of my body, the education to pass on to others, and find a solace from all the women in my house. Thanks for taking the time to read!

    In Health,

Because I have so much to live for. This is why I am buying Kettlebell Burn EXTREME! I want to thank you for selecting me a previous winner for Kettlebell Burn. I was doing the program when I slipped on ice and broke my wrist. I even got another kettlebell eariler that day 🙁 That win has stayed with me as my motivation despite some physical challenges over the past year with my wrist and arthritis in my hand. I still need to wear a wrist support since I can’t stand the feeling of my skin slide across the metal plate, but hey, it makes me feel like a lifter 🙂 You saw potential in me and I have not given up. I can now double snatch with a negative press even though they are only 15lbs. I am working on getting my grip back and balancing out my muscle imbalances. I still have 70lbs more weight (I lost 30) to lose which I know will come off becuase of the commitment I have made to the Lord, my family and myself. Thanks a lot Captain Complex for making an impact on my life and I will send you my transformation results as soon as I get there!!
Phil 3: 14. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

  • Katrina May 17, 2012 @ 17:59

    Hey Geoff,
I would love to have a copy of Kettlebell Express! I have been working with kettle bells a little over a year. I workout on my own 2-3 days a week and I have a trainer that works with a friend and myself. I love finding new routines to try on the internet by RKC instructors. I think having Kettlebell Express would help me to push a little more when I workout on my own.
I really enjoy your e-mails and the tips you give. Thank you for all the time you spend compiling the information you send out.

  • Sharon May 17, 2012 @ 18:12

Hi Geoff. First – thank you for all of the infomation you share, I look forward to your emails.

I’d love to win a copy of Kettlebell Burn Extreme because I am interested in starting double bell workouts. I’m in my 50’s and have no RKC instructor anywhere near the area I live in and I am addicted to kettlebells. Your books are always very informative. I am interested in getting stronger and faster so I can protect myself skating in roller derby bouts. Thanks for writing another infomative book for us!

  • elio May 17, 2012 @ 19:06

In this moment I’ve not much fat to loose, but I would try this double kb’s protocol because, even if it’s designed for faster fat loss, I’m sure it will make me stronger and better conditioned in the process at a faster pace, and also because we never know….and it’s a fantastic opportunity to store a secret weapon in my arsenal if in the future me or some of my clients have a problem with fat!

  • Eugene S Baiardo - "Buzz" May 17, 2012 @ 20:18

    Hi Geoff
Been weight/strength training since I was about 15 yrs old – am now pushing towards 84 yrs. Two yrs ago at about 81 I discovered KBs.
Since then I have been hooked – no more gym memberships – at home
with my exercise mat and KBs – I always get great workouts – unbelievable variety – so every workout is intense, fun, keeps me thinking what I can do next. I’m about 5’7″ at 155 lbs. BIG.BIG benefit for me – I’m an passionate scuba diver for the past 40 yrs- including teaching – anyhow a big benefit of KB training – especially
KB swings, squats, presses – aw everything – my air consumption on
scuba has been reduced by almost 50% – i.e. I consume less per dive.
enabling to stay underwater longer per dive because I believe is due
from KB training- the cardiovascular benefits I’ve achieved from my
KB training. Plus the strength gained – I’m now diving with double 80s
and have no problems lugging them around on my back. So-at 83 yrs plus -look forward to my mornings work outs with my KBs and I believe your Kettle Burn Extreme – using double KBs which I like to
do will add to my already motivation evev more. If I don’t win I get the
book anyway. Look forward daily to your articles, procedures, etc.

    Hey Geoff,
I really appreciate the knowledge you share with us. I have had great results with all of your tips you’ve shared. I have been weight training and boxing since I’ve been 12. With a wife, 4 children, a few jobs and 30years later I’m still at it. I recently went through the RKC and I had you for my instructor. I really walked away from that weekend with a great respect for your techniques and discipline on form. I really want to start training with double KB’s and would love to try and get some definition in my abs for the first time in my life. I’ve started following your sample of the neuro-metabolic contrast and I have lost 3 pound in the first week. Im excited to see what the combo of that and your kettlebell Burn Extreme can do.

    Thanks for all your help

    Frank C

    Hi Geoff,

I am already a devoted fan of KB workouts. I have been pretty active all my life but when I first came across info on kettlebells I said “Wow, this is it!” Quickly bought a few pieces and started working out. This was only w few months ago and I must admit that I am now utterly and madly in love with KB. Started searching through internet to get some more info and tips on how to use them properly and thus came across you page. I find all your tips and advice so much useful. Thank you so, so much for sharing all this with us all. I can already see my body changing, my stamina and strength rises but I am well aware that being a freshman I still make a lot of mistakes and where I live, in Poland, there is no professional KB gym or help easily available. I am 43 y.o. now, my daughter was born 10 years ago, since then I have also been struggling with some unwanted weight – not much, but still doing all sorts of other activities would not help much. Seeing the results I am already getting with KB it motivates me to do so much more, the thing I need is a good guidance and I truly believe your Kettle Burn Extreme would be best at it. Anyway, some time ago you mailed a sample workout program (swings). I am now into the 6th day and I like it a lot – can’t wait to see the results at the end! Thank you once again for being there for us, all the KB fans and enthusiasts and helping us with your tips and advice. Big hugs!

  • Calvin Poole May 18, 2012 @ 11:11

There have been a lot of good reasons stated for getting a free copy of your new program.
My letter is just praise for your programs, and the help you have given me over the past few years.
First I got Kettlebell Burn 2.0. If you remember, I lost like 3 lbs. BUT I lost about 6 inches off my waist and went from barely able to do a Turkish Getup with a 25 pound KB, to doing a TGU, with a 24 Kilogram KB.
I have continued the various workouts, KB muscle and repeated KB Burn, as well as Kettlebell Express and have lost some 30 pounds now, but still cannot get the last few pounds off. I am looking forward to the KB Extreme.
As a practicing physician, I have people come in wanting “Diet pills”.
After examining them to make sure they are in good physical shape, or at least where they can exercise, I write out a prescription for Enter the Kettlebell, followed by KB Extreme.
Not what they wanted, but it’s safe and works.

Hi Geoff Met you Alexandria a few weeks back learned a lot thank you. So here it is ,I`am almost 63 I would like to lose the fat and see my abs before I wake up on the wrong side of the dirt.

  • Anastasia May 19, 2012 @ 9:58

    Hi Geoff,
I just turned 43 and I am trying to get to the best shape of my life. I let myself go over the years, got heavy and rusty and really depressed. I am taking control of my life again and decided to give my 100% and be the best and happiest I could be.
I want to be one of your success stories and since I spent all my money this month on my first kettlebells, it would be a gift to win one of your free Kettlebell Burn EXTREME programs.
Thank you again. I can’t wait to start!

  • Mich May 19, 2012 @ 23:05

    1. Because I will blog about my experience (good or bad) and my measly (2 or 3 people on a good day) readership might find it of interest.
    2. Because it is my birthday next week and I like unexpected presents.
    3. Because a significant fat loss, if it happens, will surprise some people when I see them again at the end of the summer.

  • Phil Gadon May 20, 2012 @ 0:11

I’m presently doing the Run For The Wall,it’s a mission to ride for those that can’t POW’s to bring healing to Vietnam Nam vets and recognize all military vets & active duty. It’s to bring the
    Message to the American people.

I would consider it an honor & privlege to be selected for a copy of Extreme. Why, because I commit & I will serve others with the knowledge. I’m damn near 60 & still train hard, although I’ve never successfully burned belly fat.

Never surrender, God bless America and you for all you do

  • Amy G. May 20, 2012 @ 0:51

Hello Geoff- I have just recently started following your blog, since recently incorporating kettlebells into my workout regime. Thank you. I am super excited to see this new program of yours. I am mom to toddler twins: Will and Grace ( not a reference to the sitcom)- and am always on the lookout for efficient/challenging workouts that I can achieve in the midst of the daily madness that is my life. I am on a quest to be the best me that I can- in all areas of my life. I have come a long way in the health/fitness department- but am definitely at a crossroads- need something new/something challenging to get me to the next level. Kettlebells are awesome, and I know that a focused exercise plan with them can/will elicit great results. I would be honored to be gifted a copy of your program.

  • Bernadette May 20, 2012 @ 15:49

I want a free copy – plain and simple. I just completed my RKC in April and need to continue to add to my repertoire of materials in order to best work with each individual. It seems like this is a culmination of all the things you have been working on over the last year+ and if I can get all that for free, hooray for me.

  • Nave May 20, 2012 @ 18:07

    Hi Geoff,
Simply put I’m a 5’4″ male with 39% body fat that I need to loose.

  • Richard Freeman May 20, 2012 @ 18:51

    Hi Geoff,
Have gone through your book, Kettlebell Muscle, and a year of the Inner Circle. Good stuff. However, have got about 10 to 12 pounds of stubborn fat that needs to go. I am counting on Kettlebell Burn Extreme to do the job!

  • Bill Been May 20, 2012 @ 21:31

    Hello Geoff,
You should definitely give me a copy of your new book….because I train under the Iron Tamer and therefore suffer greatly. You’ve heard his jokes. Make him draw you the picture of a T-Rex painting his house. Actually, I convinced Whitley to lead us through one of your Kettlebell Muscle sessions a couple of weeks ago. I believe he agreed only because he doesn’t particularly care for any of us. Now that I think of it, I better let someone a little heartier have your book. Besides, Whitley has probably already guilted you into giving him one for free anyway. Which I will look at and likely weep softly to myself on the off chance he’ll try it on us.
At any rate, if you were to continue to misguidedly consider giving me a book – it would be because I’m an airline pilot. And I fly into your city. Often. So Here’s to hoping I don’t notice you getting on my airplane and me standing there with no book. Hate for it to be……somewhat bumpy. But you know….these things happen. Actually, there’s no good reason for you to give me a book. And if I see you boarding my plane, I’ll just ask you to sign my Easy Strength book next to your picture.
But, if there was a reason to give me a book, it would be that I spend endless hours cooped up in a very small space with other pilots, many of whom are trying to “get in shape”. Those who’ve known me for a while notice that I’ve “gotten in shape” and ask me how, which leads to lots of discussions of kettlebells, the RKC, and lots of recommendations for your website – which by the way is chuck full of awesome. I told Tamer to tell you “thanks” when you guys were out west last winter. If he didn’t, he failed me terribly and you should give me a book.
Seriously…..give the book to someone else.

  • Mark B May 20, 2012 @ 21:53

    Hey Geoff,

Nothing fancy here. I’ll be 54 next Monday (I’ve arranged for most people to have the day off, that’s the kind of guy I am). I have a few extra pounds to loose and would like to take a picture of chiseled abs to send to Andrew Read to show him what he could look like in 14 years. On a serious note, I would use the information to help others loose their excess pounds.

  • Ann May 20, 2012 @ 23:05

Hi, Geoff! I would love to win a copy of extreme!! I just had my third baby in February and have about 15 pounds left to lose to reach my goal weight. Along with my 3 month old, I also have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. My time to exercise is very limited, which is why I love kettlebells so much! I get great results in a fraction of the time that I used to work out before kids. I am currently doing kettlebell burn, and am seeing great results, but would love to kick it up a notch. I want to get back into all of my pre-baby clothes, and I will be taking the kids to the pool a lot this summer. I also want to be a good example for my daughters and other family members. I lost the weight with my other children, but people always like to tell me how much harder it gets to lose the weight after each baby. Well, I want to prove them wrong! I just want to feel like me again! Thanks, Geoff, for everything so far. I love the emails! I have been learning a lot!

  • Vito Bavaro May 21, 2012 @ 7:53

    Hi Geoff
I used to weigh 130kg two years ago them I started using kettlebells and changed my nutrition since then I’ve lost 30kg. The only problem is I still have stomach fat I can’t get rid of no matter how hard I train, my nutrition includes eating lean meat, chicken and fish with organic vegetables, five small meals a day. I’ve come to realise that I need a program like “Kettlebell Burn EXTREME!” to truly lose my stomach fat and finally have the body of my dreams. I find myself in financial difficulties in the last three months, out of permanent work and a large debt, I would very much love to win a free copy of “Kettlebell Burn EXTREME!” for this reason, as I’m not sure if I could afford to purchase it. I dreamed for a long time of having lean muscles and little body fat, to be in the best shape of my life, I appreciate all that I have learned from you so far and am grateful.
    Thanking you very much Geoff.

  • Guillermo May 21, 2012 @ 22:38

Im start training as a hobby and since 2010 I start training people just for fun (I work in a no fitness relate job), Last year I become one of the few Argentinian IKFF certificated training.
And now I want to learn more about loose fat to help my wife and friends that are over weitghted.

  • Rudy II. May 22, 2012 @ 0:47

I guess it’s safe to say i didn’t not win.
Congrats to those of you who did win.
Use it well and look forward to seeing those success stories.

  • David Weinberg Jul 9, 2012 @ 20:13

Geoff-I’m actually a customer who bought and is using your newest kb burn extreme program and just wanted to tell you it is remarkable. Like many of your readers, I think I’m in good shape and at 56 I’ve maintained a low body fat between 11-14% and great bloodwork/panel numbers. Anyway, I hope people buy your product (it’s cheap and assuming around 15 pounds of targeted weight loss, albeit some muscle even if taking BCAA, it costs around $5/pound) because the results are great (at least they are for me).
