Ok, I Am Pretty Stoked About This…

It’s not every day I get stoked about things, but I am pretty stoked about this:
My new book,
It’s my new book. (Obviously.)

And the Iron Tamer, Dave Whitley, Master RKC, will actually be interviewing me about it tomorrow night – Thursday, June 10th, at 8pm EST. (Man, it’s going to be weird having the proverbial shoe on the other foot…)

If you have any questions about it, ask me here:

=> www.kettlebellsecrets.com/recommends/kettlebellmuscle1

… and I’ll answer them on the call.

How do you get on the call?

Great question. Glad you asked.

Here’s the call info:

=> When: Thursday, June 10th, 2010, 8pm EST, 5pm PST

=> Where: (919) 424-5871, Conference ID: 890301#

(Local numbers: http://SafeTeleseminar.com/Local)

Make sure you get on the call early – there’s only going to be 100 lines available – first come, first serve.

I look forward to talking to you more about it then.

    Ordered the new book–supposed to deliver to me Friday. Want to try to get in on the call. I have a suggestion: how ’bout scheduling these things at 9 eastern so those of us on the west coast who have to work until 5 can get home in time to get in on all the action??

    Congrats on your book, I won’t be able to make the call, but my big question is this: what makes your book different then Pavel’s ROTK?

    I have no doubt that they are different, and have different goals, etc, but I really have no idea how to judge

    ps was thinking unpleasant thoughts about you earlier as I was sucking air doing my swing finishers….

    Great book! I just finished reading it last night. As a busy personal trainer and teacher this is exactly what I am looking for. I am very excited( and a bit nervous ) to start the program. Thanks for a great product.

    Congratulations, I am stoked about next payday, I’ve got a new book to dig into!

  • Ryan Jun 9, 2010 @ 17:38

    I was hoping to see some shameless self-promotion of your book. It didn’t happen. But I ordered it the other day anyway. Looking forward to receiving it. I hope it rocks!

    And please post your interview.

    I have just finished the 1st week of the program. Exactly what I was looking for. Geoff says to use what you can press for 10 reps… well I had to drop from 32s to 28s.

    1-2 hrs after the workout it feels as though I have just finished 400m repeats or a 3K race. Yet the that evening (or the next day) I feel no fatigue. It works you but does not kill you.

    Love it

    • GEOFFN Jun 15, 2010 @ 18:31

      Excellent, Tom! Great to hear. Remember to EAT!

      Now rest and grow!

    What a great book.

    I have just experienced something that has never happened to me. I think in my first routine during the faze of the high pulls I was focused on pulling my shoulder blades together and not immediately, but over the next few days my upper back has been kind of tight and I feel like I have a knot or I’ve pulled the Rhombus Minor muscle (had to do a little research on that). Would you recomend a massage or just rest. Plus I have a desk job so it feels like someone is holding a piece of ice to it all day.

    Sorry just wanted to add.

    The book is spectacular and the best part was the first few words of the dedication page! I would be, well… nothing without him either Geoff.
