My Favorite Bodyweight Fat Burning Exercise

There are A LOT of great exercises that you can use to shave off that extra ring of blubber from around your midsection.

Apart from ye olde kettlebellz, one of the time-tested methods for lopping off the flab quickly is good ol’ fashioned bodyweight training.

There are literally 1000s of exercises you can use.

One that is incredibly demanding on your muscles, safe to perform, and makes you breathe like a an old steam locomotive pulling coal cars up a mountainside is the one in the video below.

I break down some of these progressions in the “Specialized Mobility Circuit” found only in the Inner Circle. You’re more than welcome to them – they’re found inside, right here.

Ha! Awesome. I like combining these crawls with the neck nods. I call them “cat bowl licks.” jk

Getting into Tim Anderson territory here, but do this while dragging a 50# sandbag.

I appreiate your continued knowledge sharing. The most recent crawling activity I was involved in was chasing a cat through a huge tract of thorn bushes. If it wasn’t for my few months of now lapsed bear-crawling training, that cat would be living in the wild.

Whew! These are tough! I’ve seen mma guys do the bear crawl, but your leopard crawl gets lower and makes it even more effective. I wonder what the cleaning lady really thinks? LOL!

Yeah, much different from bear crawls.

Everyone pretty much ignores me. 🙂
