    Hey Geoff
I’m finishing Phase 3 of KB Burn. Great Program, BTW. I had a few questions.
    1. how much time do I need to take off after I complete the KB Burn program? Can I re-start the KB program again with heavier kb?

    2. I also bought KB Muscle but not interested too much in getting too bulky. Can I use KB muscle as simply conditioning program?
    Thank you so much Zach

Great videos Geoff… and since I didn’t get to say it already…

    Congrats on your new book!

Got my copy on pre-order and it’s awesome.

Well done man. Look forward to seeing you at an RKC event later this year.

    Best,
    Sean Greeley

    Awesome Geoff,

I much prefer the video format.

    Thanks for answering my question.

    PS

I am very much aware of the “meat” in that question.

Diggin’ the videos Geoff! Great job, and great thorough answers.

Congratulations on KB Muscle. I just finished reading it, and it is excellent to say the least.

Have a great 4th as well.

    Take care,
    Scott

    Sweet vids bud.

Great information, as usual. To tell you the truth, I have no idea how I got on your mailing list, but I am really enjoying the transparent, “warts-and-all” approach you take in your newsletters and blog articles!

I like the video format and have one suggestion for future videos – wear a mic. These 50+ year-old ears listening on puny laptop speakers can barely make out what you’re saying. 🙂

Thanks again for the great information.

All good… actually really like this format.

Next time…consider getting a little closer to the camera.
There was no real reason for the full body shot… and it made it harder to see you and hear you.
The clips you did with Dave Whitley were closer.

    That’s just my two cents.

Otherwise – lovin the question and answer, keep up the good work, it’s appreciated.

Got Gray’s book last weekend at Perform Better! FMS Boston. Had Gray sign it. The man and Lee Burton, first time in listening to Dr Burton, are doing something awesome. Landmark in my opinion, Geoff. The 2-day seminar was a great investment. You’re spot-on about Gray Cook. A humble sort, he is, too.
    On my way……
