I want to be leaner and stronger and I want to get better at submission wrestling. I am already quite strong and this is a huge advantage when doing submission wrestling but I think being even stronger would be an even bigger advantage for me.

Right now I am able to do double kettlebell militare press lift with 24 kilos around 12 times. My goal is to be able to do the same with the 40 kilo kettlebells.

In general I am also attracted to strength because in my past I was quite weak and when going on primary school and high school I was bullied and dominated severly by the other boys, and I felt then that if only I would have been stronger then I would have been able to stand up for myself, and demand respect from my environment.

As a former international powerlifter, beaten up after nearly 30'years of training and a new father I no longer have the time or inclination to spend huge amounts of time in the gym. Now bought myself a set of kettle bells and looking to get some youth and mobility back to enjoy life with my new family. I would be looking at KB Strong to prove a springboard into learning this new training stimulus.

I am so excited that you are iucirnsttng others. I have seen you on FB's strong kettlebell moms. I live very close and would love proper training instruction. At the moment, I have been sidelined due to cervical disc herniations but when I get the ok to add kettlebells back to my routine, I would love to schedule some lessons. I have been working with kettlebells for a year but I would grateful for tips on proper form. I know I probably lack there. I try to keep a neutral stance but wonder if I really don't. No one has watched or understood if I was doing it correctly. Thanks!!

Congratulations, Dave. Have to say that the format looks prtety good too simultaneous split screen/front and side views AND written instructions on the side that's way better than any of DD/Pavel's stuff right there. Good luck with your sales and marketing this could be a real breakthrough.
