One of my strengths as a trainer is my ability to design great programs. That’s one of the reasons why all my private one-on-one clients get and keep getting results. (I’ve been working with some of my private clients for almost 12 years.)

The other thing is the personalized interaction they get each time we meet.

I recently met one of my “Kettlebell Burn Inner Circle” members at a recent workshop. He had remained a part of the Inner Circle, but hadn’t been training for the last 5 months and had lost most of his gains.

That’s when it hit me like a ton of bricks:

When I interact with my clients – they get massive results. When I don’t, well, they get less than massive results.
