Geoff,

Nice one. Would like to see how you approach the overhead press with a barbell. Specifically, since one can’t turn the hand to a neutral position (or bring the elbow to the hip for that matter) how wouod you go abut engaging the lats?

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Having issues with thoracic outlet and trouble engaging the lats, this press may be a great help to relieving the soreness in my shoulder! Thanks again for sharing!
