The Most Valuable Thing For Getting Results…

by GEOFFN on October 23

So, I’m listening to a coaching call right now and I’m again reminded of why I need a coach:

To get where I want to get to.

Yes, I have a coach.

I’m in the process of getting another.

There are things I want to accomplish that I don’t know how to do. Therefore, I need help.

Here’s why I have a coach:

  • I don’t know everything
  • I want to know how to achieve what I want to achieve
  • I want to do it quickly
  • I want to know for sure that I am making progress, as reinforced by my results
  • I want to ensure success by following someone who has already done what I want to do
  • I want to avoid making costly mistakes
  • I want to avoid wasting time

Here’s what I look for in a coach:

  • Someone who walks the walk (plenty of “pretenders” in today’s internet age)
  • Someone who has achieved what I want to achieve
  • Someone who has helped others achieve what I want to achieve
  • Someone with a very successful track record
  • Someone who inspires me and helps me troubleshoot problems I run into

You should get one too.

Don’t be stubborn like I used to be.

Let go of your ego. It’s hard to do, but it’s totally worth it.

Here are some great ideas, but remember, you must follow through until you see results. You can’t quit after a day or three. They work and have a proven track record.

If you want to accelerate you kettlebell training skills, you need to visit an RKC to help you refineyour skills. Pick one-on-one training, group training, or attend a seminar.

(As an aside: I own all of these books and have read them repeatedly and more importantly, applied the information inside…)

Speaking of attending seminars, I’m giving two seminars – The first will help you refine your basic kettlebell skills. If you’re interested, check it out here…

The second is an advanced seminar – your basics should be down pretty pat – and you can get registered for it by going here…

I’d love to meet you and help you take your kettlebell training to the next level.

If you don’t have a coach, you really need to ask yourself “why not?” Of course, if you are making progress at the pace you expect and are happy with, that’s cool. If not, it’s time to reconsider how valuable your time is and what you’re willing to trade for it to get the results you want…

If you have a coach, pat yourself on the back because you know how valuable he or she is and how smart you are for delegating.

Maybe one day, if you’re not already, you might return the favor by becoming somone else’s coach.
